The Southern African Botanical products Association has a website!
The website is fully updated for our key focus species, Sceletium but watch this space for additional species that is coming online over the next few weeks.
Some free access publications are available on the website, but for full access to member resources you must be a member.
The Southern African Botanical Products Association formed in 2023 to:
- Drive market access and expansion for Botanical products in fast growing target markets
- Improve the assessment and output of quality Botanical Products
- Secure ABS compliance for Botanical Products
- Support research into Botanical Products
- Provide advocacy for Botanical Products to government and other forums
The Association raises funds through memberships, sponsorship, events, funding organisations as well as through services such as ABS compliance consultation and other regulatory support e.g self-affirmed GRAS. Contact us if interested in any of these services.
